7. Venue Conduct

- Respect the relaxed, social poker focus of the venue and avoid behaviour that disrupts the Offline Poker experience or restaurant service
- Comply with all applicable Australian laws, including any age-related requirements for particular areas of the venue
Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request that any guest leaves the restaurant, Card Lounge, Poker Tables or Private Card Room if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions. This may include behaviour that interferes with other guests' enjoyment of Offline Poker Nights, Live Poker Evenings, group dining or Card Lounge events.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Game Vibes is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind (whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of, or reliance on, the Game Vibes website or its content
- Your attendance at the restaurant, Card Lounge, Poker Tables, Private Card Room or any Offline Poker Nights or events hosted by Game Vibes
- Any interruption, delay or technical issue affecting access to the website or booking systems
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other legislation which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
